Pre-Delivery and Post-Delivery Support
- MPII accompanies each client from the conclusion of the contract during the period preceding on-site delivery: monitoring the installation of infrastructures, allowing the optimal and timely installation of the unit at our client’s arranged site
- MPII ‘s post-delivery support helps ensure the longevity of our client’s industrial production: we continue to accompany our clients following the installation of the modules via the provision of continued training, performance supervision and preventive maintenance. We visit our client’s site every 2 months in the first year post-installation and every 3 months the following year.
